6-Week Program Schedule

hwo-flowerEach 6-week session includes three 2-day retreats, our comprehensive instructional and resource workbook , and entrance into our private email support group during and after your program. These components make up our “Gentle Start” level with your only time commitment being the six full days that comprise the retreats.

If you’re ready to take your journey to the next level and enjoy the incredible benefits of our Jump Start! program,  you’ll receive the Gentle Start package  plus  6 weeks of one-on-one sessions with our Registered Dietitian (one hour/week) and 6 weeks of one-on-one sessions with our Personal Trainers (two hours/week + optional group workouts) in our PRIVATE “Intuitive Exercise” studio.

  • 2-day mini-retreat part 1: April 28 – 29, 2017 (Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45am – 3pm)
  • 2-day mini-retreat part 2: May 12 – 13, 2017 (Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45am – 3pm)
  • 2-day mini-retreat part 3: June 2 – 3, 2017 (Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45am – 3pm)

Dates for July Session:  **CURRENTLY ACCEPTING DEPOSITS**

  • 2-day mini-retreat part 1: July 28 – 29, 2017 (Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45am – 3pm)
  • 2-day mini-retreat part 2: August 18 – 19, 2017 (Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45am – 3pm)
  • 2-day mini-retreat part 3: September 8 – 9, 2017 (Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45am – 3pm)

To ensure that you get the absolute most out of this program, we recommend that you attend all three of the retreats.
