We offer two levels of this program. The Gentle Start level includes these three retreats, which is your only time commitment. You will also receive a 200+ page workbook and participation in our private email group throughout the 6 weeks. The Jump Start level includes the three retreats and weekly one-on-one appointments with our Registered Dietitian (1 hour per week) and Personal Trainers (2 hours per week). You are also invited to attend any of the four small group workouts our trainers host each week. At this level you will also receive a 200+ page workbook and participation in our private email group throughout the 6 weeks.
